Leadership
As a certified dispute resolver, CPA and MA, I have completed extensive training and led sessions and workshops for over 1000 military and other individuals in areas such as leadership, clarity planning, conflict resolution, goal setting, mission/vision refresh and value setting. I am a former 15 year Senior Executive, (SES) & State Auditor, Senior Chief (Navy Seabees 21 yrs), and licensed school teacher.
I am committed to strengthing people and organizations: helping real people avoid unnecessary stress and legal conflict toward family members, neighbors, business partners and provide workshops to improve workplace culture.
My strategies also seek to "make honesty and clarity" useful.
